This Privacy Policy is prepared to explain how Abril LLC handles personal data in accordance with the legal requirements of the Czech Republic, the European Union (GDPR), and the United States.

The information provided here does not constitute legal advice.

Abril LLC is registered in the state of New Mexico, USA.
For mailing and corporate correspondence, we use the address of our registered agent (Registered Agent).

During client onboarding, identification documents may be required to verify identity (KYC), obtain and validate BOI filings, obtain EIN, and communicate with U.S. agencies (IRS, FinCEN, Secretary of State).

PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING — BASICS

What data we may collect
In the course of providing our services, we may process the following categories of personal data:

  • name, surname, email, phone number, address

  • identity verification documents: passport, ID card, driver’s license, tax identification documents, student ID

  • documents for verifying residence or financial status: bank statements, invoices, proof of address

  • company formation data: company name, state registration, directors, ownership details

  • technical data from the website: IP address, cookies, session identifiers, analytics data

Why we process the data

  • To provide services: forming LLC, obtaining EIN, BOI filing, and administrative support

  • Legal obligation: AML / KYC checks under Act No. 253/2008 Sb. and FinCEN

  • Legitimate interest: ensuring proper service delivery and fraud prevention

  • Consent: for marketing purposes (Google Ads, Meta, email newsletter) only if consent is given

Data storage and security

  • All documents are stored in secure encrypted storage environments.

  • Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

  • After service delivery, documents are stored for the legally required period (typically up to 90 days), unless otherwise legally required.

  • We continuously apply security standards in line with GDPR and FinCEN AML requirements.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Data Sharing


We only share personal data with the following categories of recipients:

  • U.S. registered agent services, Secretary of State offices, IRS, and FinCEN, where required to provide our services.

  • IT service providers, email and document storage platforms.

  • Accounting and legal service providers.

  • Marketing service platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, Sklik) — only with explicit consent.

If personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA (primarily to the United States), we use Standard Contractual Clauses and take measures to minimize data and ensure secure transmission.
