WHAT THE TERMS MUST INCLUDE

• Payment and Contract Terms: The service price is stated in the order form, and payment is required in advance. After receiving the payment, the client will be issued an invoice. Cancellation and Refunds: The client may request cancellation of the order and a refund before the company formation process begins. Once the process has started (typically shortly after payment is received), the payment is non-refundable, as part of the service has already been completed. Liability: Abril LLC is not responsible for delays caused by authorities, third parties, or for any rejection of registration by a state agency.
